If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original parts and accessories

Returns that meet these conditions will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Important Notes

  • As our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers, returns must be sent back to them — not to a local or warehouse address.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • All returns must be shipped using a traceable, reliable, and insured method. The return postage must be prepaid, and the goods must be fully insured for their value.
  • We cannot accept items that have been used, damaged (except on arrival), or altered in any way.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
